Microphone Issues

Hi...my mic cuts in and out when in a zoom mtg. It started doing this only recently. Any suggestions?

Hey @Jen3_3, this could be a number of things.

 

First, I'd ensure that your Windows/Mac is up-to-date, as well as your Zoom client. Secondly, if using windows, I'd check to see if any drivers need to be updated for your integrated audio within your computer or to ensure that the drivers for (if using) your external mic are also up-to-date.

 

This also could be related to a poor internet connection, if you're experiencing a 'lag' in audio or cutting out. Therefore ensure you've also got a strong internet connection as well!

Did you manage to sort this? I've got the same issue and my IT chap has tried all the suggestions here, but unfortunately, it's still happening... 😞

I have tried just about everything and we are still having Audio in and out problems.
