Meeting Time Changes in Different Time Zone

I often schedule meetings with someone who lives in a different time zone and the time of the meeting will randomly change in their Outlook. I will often schedule our meetings to be at 9am my time and 4pm her time and she will confirm that the invitation she received was for 4pm. A few days later, the meeting will change to 5pm her time but stay at 9am my time. She does not receive any notifications about this time change and has only realized it on her. Does anyone have any suggestions? This has happened several times over the past month. Thank you so much in advance!
