Can we make more than 14 members as a host for 1 meeting?

One 1 host per meeting, but the host can have unlimited co-hosts. So you could have 14 co-hosts. Co-hosts have most of the rights of a host. Here is a video I created on co-host https://youtu.be/ITiK00SytIw

If that is the case only one host per meeting. I just went to my meeting, and there were a host and co host, who I have never seen before! So I went to the Partisipants window and hit the claim host button! put the proper code in and became the host of the meeting. There was two of us! There were too hosts!
So in that case we were hacked! Someone coded their way into the host position. 2 hosts and one co-host, I should have gotten a screen shot of that! They were not trying to damage anything, but not there correctly, and just left after a while! Do you agree it was a hack?
