I am logging into a meeting as a member only but Zoom logged me in as the host when I am NOT the host. I cannot log in as aa member only. I do not have the option to be just a member it automatically logs me in as the host. It has memorized the log in info - I do not need to put in the log in info - it automatically places the login and password

I figured it out. I was not logged out properly from my iPad as the host which then told my desktop to keep me logged in as the host. I logged out of both then logged back in using my credentials on both units. It worked.
The trick is to make sure you are logged out completely and properly when finished.

Are you signing in (entering username and password) or joining the meeting (entering meeting ID and passcode)? To not be a host you should JOIN the meeting.

I figured out the problem. My iPad was logged in to the other site (the host site) and I did not log out. My desktop mirrored the iPad and then they both were locked into the host site. I logged out of the host site then logged out of my own site then signed back on. It then worked properly. The solution was to make sure I was logged out of my site as well as the host site. Then follow all the other suggestions given.
