Inability to invite participants from usual e mail

Recent password change (of 'G'iant corps.) seems to have stopped Zoom recognising my usual e mail address used from day 1 with Zoom. No idea how to sort... has someone knowledge of where exactly I need to adjust my settings (presumably) so I can continue to use my usual e mail address that participants are familiar with.
