How to create a recurring conference without a fixed time

Hello! I can't find anywhere How to create a recurring conference without a fixed time? There used to be such an opportunity. With updates, it disappeared, or something has changed and I don't see it. Currently, the repetition field only has: daily/weekly/monthly. Please help me fix it. I use Mac OS.

Meetings can have up to 60 recurring sessions, so if you need more than 60 recurrences, use the No Fixed Time option.

Schedule a recurring meeting
Sign in to the Zoom mobile app.
On the Meetings tab. 
Follow the steps to schedule a meeting.
Tap the Repeat option and select a recurrence.

e no fixed time option has disappeared. I've been using it for 2 years and now it's gone.
