How do I contact IT to update my app? I have been doing this for hours and I can't find a number to contact or an email. I'm going to be late for my University class.

If you laptop is not managed by your company/university, you can update it yourself. If it is managed, you will have to check with your company/university IT department since Zoom cannot manage that.
