How to Fix Error Code 1142

My Friend from Singapore could not join my  meeting which hosted in Thailand, Instead, there is the Error Code 1142.

However, she can join other meetings hosted in Thailand. Only me that she could not join, Is there any way to fix this problem ? 

I found that 

The code 1142 : indicated you are trying to join the meeting from the country might be blocked by Zoom, This can also appear if you are using proxy that is set to a country that has been blocked by the Zoom. 

 

If so, How to solve it, please?

I would check your account for any "Approve or block entry for users from specific countries/regions" settings under https://zoom.us/profile/setting

You can also check the same setting for your actual meeting itself under:

Finally, you could check your Transit Data settings - but I I'm not sure that would be the problem. https://zoom.us/profile

I had the  same problem but it was blocking myself out so i cant start my own meeting.but when i went to the profile settings it was blocked by admin.but whos admin?

idid try all three things you mentioned

 

they were all blocked

Me too. I believe you have an admin if you are connecting this to work/school anyhow. Like a school or work account/email. Go to your account and click on account profile on the bar on the left. This will tell you the account owner.

Hi there,

 

How to get into transit data that you provide the link. I clicked on the link but it did not lead to transit data. It is back to profile.

A person was trying to zoom with me. The person could not get in. Zoom showed Error code 1142 and Canada. However the person is in the US and we zoomed 10 hours earlier just fine. We ended up uninstalling zoom on all the devices and rebooting and reinstalling. Doing this allowed us to zoom.

Same problem here. I have done every possible setting from suggestions, but all didn't work for me. I request Zoom to fix this issue 2 times already, but it seems no action.
