Host of meeting not allowed in

When I login using my company Dashboard and my team members are already in the meeting, I get a message saying "meeting in progress" and am now allowed in, even though it is my account and my meeting.  The only solution I am able to find is to use the link in the calendar invite. 

 

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you confirm where you mean by "Dashboard"?

 

And is your Zoom app on your computer logged-in to your Zoom account?
