Hi all,
Recently saw a change in my image on video--i have gone from being "regular-sized" to tiny in the video (background has remained unchanged, same hardware, etc.). I'm using a Logitech C930 with a Lenovo ThinkPad. I don't have the same issue with MS Teams--size there is unchanged.
I've tried using the Logitech Capture app to zoom in / out, and it appears fine. its only when I open zoom that I get tiny. Thanks!

First thought that comes to mind (while unlikely) is Zoom calling up your camera with a slideshow as a background? Is it remembering that? What happens when you change your camera in Zoom between the camera itself and the Logitech app?
I would go into your video settings either in the desktop all or under the Start Video button in the meeting (click Video Settings) and play with the checkboxes under your chosen camera, like Original ratio, HD, etc. I have seen these be on the wrong setting for people's cameras and it displays the image incorrectly.

Hi, There! Have you found a solution for this problem?
I have had the same problem since March 2024 and have tried several different things, to no avail.
I have unistalled and reinstalled Zoom twice; looked through all my configurations, Zoom's, as well as Windows'... So far, I just couldn't fix. I reported a problem on Zoom's main page/beginning page, but did not get any answers.
It is compromising my meetings and classes.
If you were able to fix it, could you share the solution with me, please?
Many thanks in advance!
Maria
