Guest Took Over Meeting

I had been invited to join a meeting and saw several other people on the screen. I had watched for about 12 minutes or so and began to have issues and could not see the meeting. I don't know what happened BUT I obviously took it over  because the end shows me struggling with how to correct the problem with my pc for at least 5 minutes.

I know it's over but I want to know  how I could possibly have taken over this meeting so that it does not happen in the future.  I have a copy of it and there I am! Please help!

If the host left they may have made you host prior to leaving. Or if you were a cohost and the host left you would have control.

Please remember to mark responses as accepted if they resolve your issue.

No - the host did not leave and I was not a cohost!
