FORGOT PASSWORD OF EMAIL AND FORGOT PASSWORD OF ZOOM ACCOUNT

Hi someone can support me for my problem, i cant open my zoom account because i forgot my password, and then when i click the forgot password on zoom account , it says send the verification code on email registered on zoom account, and the 2nd problem is the email that already registered in zoom account is also i forgot the password.. someone can help me on my problem thankyou

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @pereaustin.  Sorry for the lateness of getting a reply to you.

Have you resolved your account access issue?  Seems to me like you first need to get the password worked out for your Email account.

If you are still having access issues, members of the Zoom Community don’t have access to account information or ability to make changes to accounts.   I'd highly suggest submitting a Support Ticket directly to Zoom Staff at:
https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/requests/new

try this link and do what it says. Got to email and there it's supposed to help you get a new password. I don't know if it will work for you but it worked for me
