Can you verify that you have a role that includes the ability to add Apps from the marketplace? The setting is under Role Management>>Advanced Features. The edit box on right needs to be checked.

Hi Chris,

I went looking for this and I am unable to find this option, even though I own the account

Is this a corporate account or single user account?

It kind of both, I pay for the account but it is through BNI

If it's through a secondary Broker then you most likely do not have complete admin rights which is what would be required to see the user role settings.

Thanks, I will reach out to them.
