I have not been able to join Zoom Meetings for 2 weeks. I'm getting "Unable to Connect: Check to make sure you are connected to a stable network that is not blocked by a firewall or proxy." Error Code 5003. I've tried a number of proposed solutions including uninstall/re-install Zoom. Can anyone help?

hi @CarlaA
I'm also facing the same issue; I'm not using a VPN but always get an error while opening the Mac OS app. However, if I open the browser, it's working; moreover, I also disabled my firewall. I just tried to reinstall my Zoom using the last version but still encountered the same issue.

Hi @aldinokemal thank you for posting for the first time in the Zoom Community!
Can you please uninstall the application by following steps outlined here: https://support.zoom.com/hc/en/article?id=zm_kb&sysparm_article=KB0065146#collapseMac . After you have uninstalled, please reboot your Mac, then go ahead and reinstall the application. Once you have done that, please try again and let me know how it goes!

I still encounter the same issue; I can't do anything with the Zoom app, login, or check updates.
All fails. I have made sure my VPN is disabled.

Thank you @aldinokemal for the updatel.
In this case, please try to download this previous version here: https://zoom.us/client/5.17.11.31580/zoomusInstallerFull.pkg
If possible, I would also encourage you to reach out to your network administrator to check the firewall and proxy settings.
Keep me updated!
