Downloading recording from cloud

Having difficulties downloading then saving a  recorded zoom meeting from the Cloud. I can watch it but cannot save the file. Any suggestions?

It may be that your account administrator has prohibited you from downloading.
Please check with your administrator.

Does anyone know a way to keep the zoom video w/transcript integration intact and keep a local copy past the 60 days?
