Different time zones

Hey everyone, I am having an issue with client's in different times zones missing meetings because they get confused.

I set up the meeting in my local time and send them the invite.

Is there anyway to make it so the emailed invite shows the meeting time/day in their local time?

Hey frankheney,

I read this article bu thought it would then change my whole schedule of meetings to the different times and therefore mix up all my days etc, however after having a play around I think it will work. Thanks heaps for your help.

Time zones can be a scheduling nightmare! I've found it super helpful to be clear in the meeting invite itself. State the meeting time in your time zone, then add something like "This translates to [time] in [client's time zone]" for each client.

There are also online tools like Date and time check that can be a game-changer. You can compare times across locations and even generate invites that adjust for each recipient's time zone (depending on their calendar app).
