Crashed upon host acceptance

I have a brand new laptop running Windows 11 and I downloaded the Zoom app from the Microsoft store.  I tried to join a meeting (where I was the featured speaker) and entered my meeting id and password.  The host could see me but when she approved me to join the meeting my Zoom crashed.  I tried deleting and reinstalling the app/repairing/resetting, etc. but it didn't help. I wasn't able to join from the browser either.  I can join the 'test meeting' on Zoom though so I don't know what to do here.  I ended up having to use my iPad for the meeting.  Thanks.

If rolling back the graphics driver doesn't help, it's likely that your device drivers are faulty or outdated. To fix Zoom crashing and avoid other potential program issues, you should always update your device drivers to the latest version.

Thanks, I can join a regular meeting but I can't join one with a meeting id/password.  All my drivers are current.
