Concurrent Meetings - not hosting either

Hello, I know that there have been several posts regarding concurrent meetings with a Licenced Enterprise account, however - I have a case where I'd like to be able to schedule two meetings that run at the same time, for two different audiences.  I will not be attending either meeting (both meetings will be "host-less") -  just scheduling and setting up the meetings for others to participate.  The catch is, both meetings have to be recorded in the cloud.  Is this possible?  Has anyone done this successfully?

Floyd,
In order to host two simultaneous meetings, you would need a Concurrent Meetings license add-on in addition to the User license. You could then either allow users to Join Before Host, or designate an Alternative Host when scheduling the meeting. You can configure Recording to begin automatically.
