Cloud recording, time to process for < 5 min session?

Hello,

 

I have recorded a few VERY short meetings with the cloud recording option, < 3 minutes.  How long should I have to wait for them to be rendered to be ready to view?   Usually in the past I have seen these short recording take only a few minutes.

 

Yesterday, I recorded a short session, but after 12 hours it was "still processing" .  This AM I recorded another one (same content) and that was over an hour ago.

 

How long should these renderings take for less then 5 min sessions?   Should I open a ticket?

 

I have a paid account.

User Error, problem solved. 

 

Meeting was not ended.  Recording was.   Once meeting ended, recording was processed as expected.
