Cloud Recording

I'm facing a problem with cloud recording, a message from the system "Cloud recording has been disabled for your account. Contact your account admin for more information."

what should I do to resolve this?

Sounds like cloud recording is turned off by your admins.  I would contact your IT staff and see what they say.
