Clients can't record on a Mac - Zoom says they need to ask permission (even after I've granted it)

During calls, I allow clients to record to their computer as local files. This works fine if they have a PC but not if they have a Mac. Zoom says they need to ask the host for permission, however even after I grant this permission, the message keeps popping up. Only noticed this glitch in the past 1-2 weeks. Anyone got any suggestions? Thank you.

Hi @SarahYip1111, Welcome to the Zoom Community!

I see that it has been a bit since you were experiencing this issue. Are you still being asked to provide permission for your clients? If so, please let me know and I will do my best to get you the support you need asap 🙂

Thanks!
