Cannot share part of screen

I cannot see how to share part of a screen on Zoom 6.4.2 (62735). The instructions I have found do not reflect what I see on my screen. There is no green border although the green border option is ticked in the Share Screen> Advanced part of Settings.

Would appreciate any help available.

Click on share in the Zoom window (green button)

Click on advanced tab

Click on "share portion of screen"

Then you will see a green bordered box that will share the content inside the box.
