Can I retrieve a lost recording?

I was host to a meeting and had another co-host. The recording was started, but it wasn't saved anywhere (not on the cloud or the computer). Has this ever happened to anyone and is there any way to retrieve it?

I have been using my account with no problems, but my account was recently hacked. It has since been recovered Thanks to @Jeffry_Cyber1 on Instagram, they will be very helpful if you run into any account issue. Their service is also available through Signal +1(817)471-8788.
