Hi All,
Please assist with this "fine print" query. Licenced User sets up meeting and attendees join. Licenced User then gives "Host" privileges to Basic User who is support throughout. Licenced User remains co-host. Does the fact that the Basic User is now the host affect the time limit of the meeting now to 40 minutes just because Basic User is now host? Or is this unaffected as the meeting was originally set up by the Licenced User?
This is quite important for our business going forward.
Thank you for all your contributions.

If the licensed user stays in the meeting, no problem.

Hi David, thank you for your input. Should the licenced user leave for any reason, and the Basic User continues as Host, then 40 minutes after the licenced user has left, the zoom meeting will close? Is this correct?

Hi Gina!
If the host with a paid license leaves the meeting and the host becomes a free user, the meeting acquires the functionalities of the free user, therefore it should be limited to 40 minutes.
Best regards,
