Authorised attendees only?

Hello

Some of my clients are getting a message that the meeting is for 'authorised attendees only' and having to sign in. Half of them are having no problem. I've checked settings and the permissions are set correctly. What can I advise the clients to do to fix this?

    Hi @akr! When you schedule the meeting on your end, make sure that the Require authentication to join box is not checked. I've attached an image to show you where the box is located.
