Audio issues

I am having problems with my zoom meeting.The problem is that I cannot hear other participants during a zoom meeting .

                              There is not any problem in my device because I can hear the sounds of other apps and videos . The problem is just in the zoom . Others are hearing but I can not , I have tried every possible solution but nothing is working . 

                            Kindly solve my issue as  soon as possible . Thank you.

Hi @QZ! I know it's been a few days since you mentioned you were having this issue, but is it still going on? If so, have you tried testing your audio in a test meeting
