Audio failure

The audio does not seem to be working on Zoom. There are virtual schools trying to do orientation and there is no sound on the zooms. the students cannot hear their teachers or their peers. Any suggestions?

I did however notice that when you leave the zoom and come back immediately after, the video begins to work. And then if you do it once more, it connects to the audio.
