Hello,
One of our clients had a cloud recorded meeting last evening, and none of the attendees are showing up in the recording. In other words, when I click the Analytics, no viewers are shown.
Has anyone else experienced this, or does anyone know why this might be?

Hi LIbbyAustin,
The "viewers" section under Cloud recording analytics refers to the viewers of the recording themselves after the recording is shared. This link explains the analytics: Managing-and-sharing-cloud-recordings . If you wish to see a report of the Attendees, please check under the Host's reports or the Admin can run reports in the "usage reports" section.
