Many of my participants say they are not able to annotate when I share my screen ... does the technology/platform make a difference?

Hi Please work with your zoom admin to ensure annotation is not restricted for meeting participants other than the user sharing.
Click the check box to restrict annotation to only the user sharing content should not be checked.
If this helps, please accept the answer as an accepted solution.

Hello,
Many times when some participants can do a thing and others can’t it’s because the Zoom feature being used requires the participant to be on a minimum version of the Zoom client.
So a user on 5.13. Can do the “thing” and a user on 5.9.2 cannot.
Are you using annotation on whiteboards or some other way?
Regards
