Is it possible to add a logo or title of zoom event on participant's screen when he or she speaks?

Using Zoom only, it currently does not support the dynamic insertion of lower-thirds, etc. 

This is possible when using external tools such as vMix, OBS, ATEM, and others. Much more complex, though. 

You could consider having each attendee create a virtual background that includes their graphic logo.
