I want to put my company logo on outlook invitations like this.

You can copy and paste the invite into your email client and then add a logo that way. Or edit each Outlook invitation and paste your logo into it. Alternatively there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send Outlook invitations and reminders that include your organization name and logo.
