Record Zoom tutorial using zoom so that the toolbar shows?

Hi,

I'd like to demo how to use the Zoom toolbar? How can I record in Zoom and have the toolbar visible in the recording? Thank you.

@Librarycat wondering if you have tried sharing your entire desktop (and recording it). That records the entire UI as well as the top toolbar when sharing.

I have tried that. I have also changed all the settings that make sense: 

Always show meeting controls during a meeting and Show Zoom windows during screen share. The toolbar is not recorded. I am going to screen record in Camtasia instead.
