creating a meeting with a guest speaker and share her screen with an audience

Can someone please help.  I need to create a 
Zoom meeting with a guest speaker and share her screen with a group of Real Estate agents.  How do I do that

She need to share her desktop screen first via Zoom. Once she is already screen sharing, you can ask to take control( request remote control) on view options at the top of your Zoom window.
