Zoom Webinar Registration

I am setting up a webinar and have entered some required questions into the registration page which have an asterisks next to them. However, when I go to download the details of the people who have registered none of them have filled out this part and I can see none of this data. I was wondering if there is some error in my set up. I have even entered my own details into this form and answered the questions and it has not recorded them in the exportable csv. Thanks

You need to make sure you set up the questions as required. Otherwise, people usually ignore them.

It sounds like there may be an issue with how Zoom is capturing the registration data. First, double-check that the required questions were properly saved in the webinar settings. Ensure that "Required" is enabled for each question. Try testing the form again and see if responses appear in Zoom’s registration reports.
