Can I turn on video and audio for attendees?

Hello @SGV, 

 If you elevate the attendee to panelists then the participants will be able to enable their video and audio. Then, if you wish for them to go back to an attendee you can de-elevate them back to an attendee. You can find more information regarding functionality like this by going to support.zoom.us and typing in Webinar.

@SGV if you don't want to elevate the attendee to panelist, we can only turn on audio for attendee. Select or tap on the  attendee and "Allow to talk".
