On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Hello,

I'm organizing a zoom event and we have over 100 people registered.

I have a meeting offer for up to 100 people and a webinar offer for up to 500 people.

I'd like to know if I can convert the session to webinar mode.

I can't do it despite the tutorials explained on Zoom. ( I don't see anything on my platform)

Can you please help me ASAP?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Choobee.

You have to have a licensed account before you can add the Webinar add-on. I assume you have a Pro Licensed account. Once you have the Webinar add-on purchased and assigned to your Pro account, you’ll see this option for your meeting:

Converting it to a Webinar is that easy!

You will likely need to practice with the Webinar format a bit before show time, and read/research the nuances between webinars and meetings.
