Hi all,

 

In 09.2020 we held a Webinar via Zoom. is it possible to get a recording of that webinar?

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @WebinarMaster.

 

The only way there might be a recording is if all of the following are true:

  • A Host or Co-Host initiated a Cloud Recording during the Webinar
  • Nobody has deleted it from your Cloud Recordings
  • You do not have any settings that would have automatically deleted recordings after a specified time
  •  Your account has not been inactive or lapsed (unpaid) since the time of the recording

If you do not have a Webinar license active, it would have to be accessed from the Admin -> Account Management -> Recording Management menu by an Admin
