Webinar passcode

I created a webinar and invited a number of attendees via email (copied the details).

However, they were not asked for a passcode before they could enter the webinar.  As this is not a public webinar, the participants may only enter the webinar with a passcode.

Hi @AnnmarieSteyn

Did you enable a passcode for the Webinar.? A passcode is only one of three possible security measures.

Also - if you have "embed passcode in invite link" enabled in your general Zoom settings, this means the passcode will actually be embedded in your Join link - so that attendees do not have to enter in manually.

Hope this helps.

Thank you Rupert,

I did exactly what you're referring to. Now I understand why a passcode was not requested when they simply clicked on the link.

Much appreciated.
