On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

I am pulling the survey report, but nothing is on it. Does the survey report only show data for a survey that was created in Zoom? I am using a 3rd party survey link.

Zoom's survey feature is designed to collect feedback and responses directly within the Zoom platform, allowing hosts to create and distribute surveys to webinar participants. These surveys are tied to specific Zoom webinars or meetings, and the results are recorded within Zoom for reporting and analysis.

If you are using an external survey tool or a third-party survey link that is not integrated with Zoom, the responses and data from that survey will not be available in Zoom's native survey report. To access the data from an external survey, you will need to refer to the reporting and analytics features provided by the third-party survey tool you are using.
