Webinar HD - Zoom support unavailable?

Hey Zoom Community!

I am desperately trying to achieve higher quality on my webinars. But it says in the "Group HD information" that the support is temporarily unavailable. Is this really the case? Is there any chance I will be able to host my webinars in HD?

You need to be Admin and have a PRO license to have GroupHD enabled.  Just ask Zoom support to enable it for you.   Make sure you are in Speaker view and FULL SCREEN mode.  Also request Zoom enable HD for Attendees in the WEBINAR.
