Hello, is there a way to schedule a webinar from Outlook?
We use Outlook and O365 for email and calendar invites. When we invite panelists to a Zoom webinar, we are unable to track whether the panelist accepted or rejected the invite. How can we manage webinar invites to view panelists' responses?
Zoom sends the invites directly to the panelists. We would like to bypass this and send the invites directly to the panelists using our Outlook client, so we can track responses.

@GKIM01 Unfortunately you will need to schedule directly from the web portal as other methods aren't supported.
As for panelists, you will want to communicate with them that they received their invitation/join link. If requiring registration for attendees, you can track their registration through the webinar registration report or directly from the scheduled webinar in the web portal.
Alternatively, You can also add panelists to the webinar and make sure that the option to "Send invitation to all newly added panelists immediately" is disabled and then "Copy" their invitation email details and manually send this through your email service.
