On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

Registration via Tickets

Dear Community,

we use a registration platform through which our participants register and pay. We would now like to use Zoom Event. Can we import a list of the participants who have already registered via our platform or send them a free Zoom Event ticket directly? Can latecomers also be added later? How can we generate these Zoom Event tickets and what do they look like? Or do the participants have to register again at Zoom Event with all their data in order to receive a free ticket?

pre-registration is only available for company events where all your participants are part of your domain.  You are able to upload a csv file and send an invitation to register to people who already registered on a different platform.  But they still need to register on zoom events.
