Hey @moink, just checking in with @jack5253's reply, was this helpful? If so, let us know what was helpful within their reply, and don't forget to click the 'accept as solution' button.

Otherwise, I did also want to point out that you can customize the invite email templates that webinar hosts can copy after creating a webinar, and send to their potential attendees for registering for the webinar. More info within the Knowledge Base on Customizing webinar invite email templates. I also wanted to note that you can also customize other webinar templates and webinar branding.

Let me know if this was helpful!

Customizing your confirmation email to omit recurring webinar details involves modifying the email template on your webinar platform. Focus on the sections pertaining to recurring sessions, editing or removing content related to future sessions, and adjusting settings if provided. This ensures that only pertinent webinar information is retained. To guarantee the accuracy of your changes, preview and test the email before sending it out.

Changing the email template on your webinar platform is necessary to tailor your confirmation email to remove information about recurrent webinars. Pay particular attention to the sections about recurring sessions, future session content editing or removal , and configuration adjustments if applicable. This guarantees that information from webinars is only kept relevant. Before sending the email, preview and test it to ensure that your modifications are accurate.

To exclude recurring webinar details from your confirmation email, you can modify the email template or settings in the webinar platform. Check if the platform allows customization of confirmation emails. If so, edit the template to remove recurring details while ensuring that essential webinar information remains. If the platform doesn't offer customization, consider manually crafting a concise confirmation message containing only the necessary details, omitting the recurrence information. Additionally, explore platform-specific documentation or contact support for guidance on tailoring confirmation emails to meet your preferences.

Yes, you can customize your confirmation emails to exclude recurring webinar details and only include specific webinar details. Here are a few steps on how you can achieve this, depending on the email platform or webinar software you are using:

### General Steps:

1. **Identify Email Template:**
- Locate the confirmation email template in your webinar software or email marketing platform. This is usually found in the settings under "Emails" or "Notifications."

2. **Edit the Template:**
- Edit the email template to customize the content. Look for the section that includes the recurring details.
- This might be a specific placeholder or variable that represents the recurring details.

3. **Remove Recurring Details:**
- Delete or comment out the part of the template that includes recurring details.
- Ensure you only leave the specific webinar details you want to include.

4. **Save Changes:**
- Save your changes and test the email to make sure it looks the way you want it to.

### Example for Popular Platforms:

#### Zoom:
1. **Sign in to the Zoom Web Portal:**
- Go to the Zoom web portal and sign in.

2. **Navigate to Webinar Settings:**
- Click on "Webinars" and select the webinar you want to edit.

3. **Edit Email Settings:**
- Under "Invitations," find "Email Settings" and click on "Edit."

4. **Customize Confirmation Email:**
- Scroll down to "Confirmation Email to Registrants" and click "Edit."
- Look for the section with placeholders for recurring details and remove it.

5. **Save and Preview:**
- Save your changes and preview the email to ensure it only includes the specific webinar details.

#### GoToWebinar:
1. **Log in to GoToWebinar:**
- Sign in to your GoToWebinar account.

2. **Select Webinar:**
- Go to the "Webinars" section and select the webinar you want to customize.

3. **Manage Emails:**
- Click on "Emails" and then select "Confirmation Email."

4. **Edit Template:**
- Edit the email template by removing any placeholders or text related to recurring details.

5. **Save and Test:**
- Save your changes and send a test email to make sure it displays correctly.

### Using Email Marketing Platforms:

If you are using an email marketing platform like Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or any other similar service, you can:

1. **Create a Custom Template:**
- Design a custom email template that only includes the specific webinar details you want to highlight.

2. **Segment Your Audience:**
- Segment your audience to ensure only those registered for a specific webinar receive the email.

3. **Automate the Email:**
- Set up an automated email campaign that sends the confirmation email upon registration, using the custom template you created.

### Best Practices:
- **Test Thoroughly:** Always send test emails to yourself or a small group to ensure the email appears as intended.
- **Clear Communication:** Make sure the email clearly communicates the necessary details, such as date, time, and how to join the webinar.
- **Personalization:** Personalize the email with the recipient’s name and other relevant details to make it more engaging.

These steps should help you exclude recurring webinar details and only include the specific webinar details in your confirmation emails.

You can either edit the confirmation email or if you want more latitude in terms of what information to include when emailing registrants you can use APIs to email them from your CRM. You would need to set up a webhook to trigger a confirmation email from your email provider upon registration. If you are not a developer there is a Zoom app, Salepager, that lets you send user friendly confirmation emails that include a calendar invite to registrants.
