I am an Administrator on a Business Account and I am not able to create or save a Template.  The dropdown menu does not appear below the Description field.  Do I have to turn this on in the Settings?  I cannot find it.

Hi, @GregPacheco –

There are several kinds of templates. What type of templates are you trying to create?  One of these articles might be helpful:

If it’s something else and you can’t find an article in the Zoom Support area, let me know the specifics and I’ll try to assist.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

I do not have a 'save as template' option at the bottom of the page when creating meetings. I have a business account and the article on "Meeting Templates" was not helpful. Please advise.

Sincerely,

Michelle20

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @Michelle20.

Are you using a Generated Meeting ID, or the PMI?

A Generated ID is a requirement for templates.

Ray -- check out the GoodClix website.

Thank you for your response. I am using generated ID. I am also on a Mac if that has any impact.

You have to click on the name of the Meeting, not the Edit button.
