Hello all. I signed up for the Webinar 500 plan.  But when I go to the webinar tab to try and setup a webinar it says that I have not enabled the webinar feature.  I did everything that the chatbot suggested, but still getting the error.  Any advice would be appreciated.

Welcome to the Zoom Community, @teamvenusopal.

When you purchase a license within Zoom, it is not assigned to a specific user... it is "available" to be assigned.

Navigate to your Admin -> User Management ->  Users menu and locate your account.  Click the Edit button to the far right.  You should see your account where the grey line is here:

I'm assuming you will see "Zoom Webinars (1 available)" where the yellow highlighting appears, and if so, there should be a check box in front of that.  Check the check box, then click Save at the bottom of the pop-up window.  You should then see the license assigned to your user login.
