Meeting and webinar features

Hi ,

I am having a training program for 600 people, the zoom meeting can hold only 500 participants. If I create this training as a webinar option, does the webinar also have an option for breakout rooms, participants, to see each other, unmute talk etc

Zoom meeting can hold up to 1000 with large meeting 1000 add-on and not all feature is same between meeting & webinar,  Breaout N/A, See each other (Panelist Only), Unmute (Yes)
