webinar - mailadresse from all users

I have an export csv with all users of my webinar, but the row with mail is empty. Name start and leasing time everything is written at the csv.

Hmmm.

Can anybody explain me what the problem is?
Where can I find all the mails from the users how have joined the webinar? I thought inside the reports…. but there ist nothing….

Is there an option inside the settings?

At the beginning of the webinar, every user has to film out hits name und mail adress.
