On April 16, between 2:25 P.M. ET and 4:12 P.M. ET, the domain zoom.us was not available due to a server block by GoDaddy Registry. This block was the result of a communication error between Zoom’s domain registrar, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy Registry, which resulted in GoDaddy Registry mistakenly shutting down zoom.us domain. Zoom, Markmonitor, and GoDaddy worked quickly to identify and remove the block, which restored service to the domain zoom.us. There was no product, security or network failure at Zoom during the outage. GoDaddy and Markmonitor are working together to prevent this from happening again.

How do we fix Error 3041 - Last night we ran a webinar and I wanted an attendee to jump out and put their video on but for some reason it wouldn't allow us to do that, any ideas please would be appreciated, as we are running with another one tonight and would like it sorted. Thanks for your time 🙂

I’m not sure about your error 3041.  But in order for an Attendee can turn on camera video in a Webinar, they must be promoted to Panelist. Was this Attendee promoted to Panelist?  At what point was the 3041 error noted, and on whose screen?
