Is there a way to create an itinerary with "placeholders"

By placeholders, I'm referring to timeslots that nothing is going on.  ie "Lunch" or "Coffee Break".  

An ability to put those things into the itinerary so the attendees understand what is happening that time, but no webinar/meeting/video is going to be played at this time.
