Importing panelists via csv file isn't working

I find that the csv import intermittently doesn't work. I set up a monthly webinar with the same panelists using the same csv file, and it seems to work about 50% of the time. Today it asks me to confirm that I am complying with Zoom policies after I select my file, and then it goes back to the previous import screen without uploading the csv file.

I haven't heard complaints like yours, where a file that worked flawlessly now seems to have problems.  But from the confirmation notice you're getting, I'm guessing that it's part of Zoom's recent ongoing effort to reduce spamming -- though I wouldn't think it would balk at uploading the file if you answered appropriately.

 

Can you please provide a screen shot of the pop-up screen that asks you about complying with Zoom policies?
